   I am responsible for developing and servicing surety relationships for my construction clients. This includes developing the client’s relationship with the lead surety underwriting team and the back-up surety company. I analyze what my client\'s financial strength needs to be to support their bond credit needs. I work with my clients to assess their operational and management ability to perform the work they are bonded to complete. I assist my clients to build greater surety capacity to support the surety needs that they have not yet procured. I facilitating bond requests and coordinate the necessary underwriting information that their surety will need. I am responsible for reviewing financial statements, work-on-hand schedules, bond forms, and confirming project financing on private work. I can also assist in owner and subcontractor investigations that may be required. One of my most enjoyable responsibilities is providing education to my clients so that they fully understand what it takes to obtain bond credit. In the best case scenario I help my clients to obtain their business goals while developing a friendship.
