Providing integrity, reliability and maintenance expertise to clients, scoping and leading projects, training and mentoring of junior staff along with input into ongoing development of software tools including Effio and AssetVoice. I help clients to maximise their existing plant and systems by ensure their data is of the correct quality and used effectively. Clients that I\'m working with and worked with at Add Energy include Total, PX Group, GreenStuxure, Hess, BP, BG Group, Shell UK Subsea, Shell Canada Oil Sands, MVV, Shell America Deepwater, SBM Offshore, E.On and Stena Drilling. These projects covered the areas of Process Safety, Technical Integrity, Asset Integrity and CMMS hierarchy & maintenance updates in both Oil and Gas, Power Generation and Renewable sectors. My involvement ranges from Scope of Work generation to Project Management to working on individual tasks on the projects. Much of my work involves the translation of data requirement into language that either the Engineers can understand or for executive level briefings.My role as the Head of Technical provides me with the flexibility to oversee projects or get involved directly with the hands-on technical delivery of the job along with being part of the AIM Leadership Team. I have the overall responsibility of ensuring the quality of the technical delivery of all ongoing projects.
