I am a solicitor and Partner in Clarkslegal LLP\'s corporate group. I have recently joined the firm in 2018 having been a partner in another Thames Valley law firm for over 10 years. I am experienced in providing a full range of corporate and commercial support to the SME and owner managed business sector, and in particular: Corporate Transactions and business sales I have advised on many business sales and purchases over the last 12 years. I have lead transactions through to completion from heads of terms stage and have considerable experience in negotiating and drafting the complete suite of documentation. This includes sale and purchase agreements, disclosure letters, minutes, resolutions and other ancillaries. Re-organisations I have many clients who I have supported in all aspects of business re-organisations. I have extensive experience in dealing with with all manner of intragroup transactions and demergers and have trusted relationships with local accountants and tax specialists in this field. Intellectual Property and lending I have considerable experience in supporting clients with issues surrounding the protection of intellectual property, from registration through to licensing. I also advise and support clients (corporate and non-corporate) in preparing all types of loan facility and security documentation to support their investments in business.
