I am part of the Senior Management Team, with responsibility for progressing the impact & growth ambitions of Routes to Work (RTW). We aim to identify opportunities to increase the reach of RTW employability service offer, both within our traditional delivery area of North Lanarkshire and by expanding the geographical footprint of our sector leading company. We aim to develop and ensure sustainable revenue streams for RTW and consider innovative and compelling new service offers that include the development of our Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) and Social Value International.Ultimately, I hope to contribute to RTW vision to reduce poverty and make transformational change to the clients and communities we work with.
