Counsel in the corporate trust loan agency team within the EDM department.I specialise in advising corporate trustees and agents on most capital markets, structured finance, and banking products. I work with clients on both new and legacy transactions and have experience working to create commercial solutions for trustees exercising their discretion, as well as advising on defaults and restructurings. In addition, I also advise security agents and facility agents in relation to asset financings, fund financings, project financings, as well as investment grade and leveraged financing facilities.I specialise in legacy trustee work including transaction amendments, exercises of discretion, consent solicitations, litigation advice and advice in relation to transaction defaults and rating agency downgrades.I also advise depositaries in relation to the issuance of Global Depositary Receipts and Global Depositary Notes.
