I took the lead on migrating our legacy content into a modern SharePoint Online environment that I built and customized personally.System Ownership: I designed the user interface for our knowledge base. I used JSON code to make the SharePoint pages easier to navigate, ensuring users can find answers to their day-to-day questions quickly.Content Coordination: I worked directly with subject matter experts across different departments to capture their knowledge. I organized this information into a clear structure so that it stays accurate and accessible.Workflow Automation: I used Power Automate to handle repetitive tasks, such as setting up automatic notifications for content reviews and streamlining the approval process for new articles.Digital Adoption: I manage our WalkMe software, creating \"on-screen\" guidance that helps staff learn new systems while they work. This has helped reduce the volume of basic support queries.Technical Change: I represent the Knowledge Management function within an Agile team for our Policy Administration system, ensuring our resources are updated in line with every new IT release.
