Regimental Second in Command at 3 Royal School of Military Engineers. Role: Plan, direct and coordinate all regimental activity to ensure the unit fulfils its mission to: Deliver well trained and motivated Military Engineers in order to meet the operation requirements of Defence. Deputise for the commanding officer, when required exercising all command and discipline powers. As the chief instructor, monitor, review and improve all training planning, performance & quality management. Lead the coordination and control of the planning and training effort to achieve our performance metrics in year and within resource. Prepare and present all quality assurance reports on behalf of the unit to Headquarters Royal School of Military Engineering. Supervision of all financial and budgetary planning for all the Station units, including assurance and audits of all public and non-public funds.
