A leader who develops, coaches and leads multi-disciplined teams, my background includes• Led an £8 million multi national project to increase the plant capacity of a food industry 24/7 continuous process plant by 25% within budget and timescale.• Successfully replaced a major brand breakfast cereal production plant in a £5 million 3 year project whilst maintaining full plant capacity during the changes.• Successfully led multiple Capex Projects at cGMP Pharmaceutical sites including all areas of URS,FAT,IQ,OQ and PQ phases • Managed complex Capex Projects at Cereal, Food To Go, Bakeries, Pharmaceutical, Household, Crisps and Snacks, and Agro Commodity sites. • Planning and coordinating all design, mechanical, electrical, software, control and civil engineering elements. Clients will benefit from a flexible and rapid response to handle projects from several thousand to multi million pound, working within your existing organisation through all stages of the project life cycle and also in the maintenance function if required.
