I\'m a qualified teacher of English, a former school leader and had a spell as a Policy Fellow in central government. Currently, I am a co-founder and Director of Education at Evidence Based Education, an organisation focused on helping teachers, school leaders and policy makers use better information to make better decisions for better student outcomes. I am also Visiting International Professor at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, and Honorary Professor at the University of Durham.
