ABOUT STUART KEEBLE

I am a creative and pragmatic public health specialist who influences and delivers on diverse projects across local government, Public Health England, the NHS and 3rd sector. I have a proven track record in cross-system working and collaboration and can build trust and develop consensus among diverse stakeholders. As an articulate public sector leader, I can communicate compelling stories and narrative, based on information, evidence, and insight. I am recognised by colleagues as having highly developed information skills and am passionate about using intelligence in innovative and creative ways to influence and support decision making. I am motivated by complex and ‘messy’ challenges which require constant learning and innovation. As a line manager, I am experienced in managing people through change including the integration of teams. Through my senior management experience I have an understanding of the local authority political and corporate environment.Through my public health practice I have led programmes of work which have: • Directly Influenced national policy (Be Clear on Cancer Campaign); • Enabled public sector systems to work more effectively together to understand their citizens and make use of evidence, information and insight to inform decision making;• Increased the profile of issues locally and led to increased system focus and investment; • Influenced the focus of local strategies and the design of services to ensure they better meet the needs of local people and service users.
