As the Global Executive Creative Director on the Ford account, I oversee the ideation and creation of work across all media for the Ford Motor Company in North America, Europe, Brazil, China and other markets. My responsibilities include leading and mentoring creative teams, developing integrated brand platforms/campaigns from concept to creative, and collaborating with Ford’s many partner agencies to help them create work that is consistent to the overall campaign. I strive to foster a collaborative working environment while still making sure the work is as great as it can possibly be.
