Built in 1654 during the Scottish Enlightenment, the Elrick Estate has been lovingly restored under my stewardship to become a hub for craft spirits, weddings, and immersive guest experiences.My passion lies in blending tradition with innovation—whether it’s distilling small-batch gin using botanicals from our walled garden, hosting unforgettable events in our historic manor, or welcoming guests to stay in our luxury accommodations. Every element of House of Elrick reflects a commitment to quality, storytelling, and Scottish heritage.I oversee all aspects of the business—from product development and brand strategy to estate renovation and customer experience.
