As HR Manager for Wellbeing & Development at Eastern Education Group, I am committed to fostering a culture that empowers our staff to thrive personally and professionally. My role focuses on creating and implementing strategies that prioritise mental health, professional growth, and leadership development. Current achievements include:1) The launch of our group\'s Staff Mental Health First Aid Network2) Completion of our first group Kaido Challenge a team competition where staff earned points and won prizes for focusing on their health and wellbeing3) The trial and launch of our bespoke leadership programme \'Licence to Lead\'By equipping our teams with the tools and resources they need to succeed, I aim to build an environment where every individual feels supported, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential.
