ABOUT STUART GLADSTONE

I am a dedicated and experienced Senior Health and Safety Advisor within Harbour Energy’s Late Life HSES team, bringing over 15 years of comprehensive HSE experience across both offshore and onshore environments. I have a strong track record of delivering effective Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) guidance, with a focus on leading by example to foster a proactive and positive safety culture.My role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including health and safety training, leading incident investigations, conducting contractor HSE assessments, and serving as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. I actively engage with regulatory bodies such as HSE and OPRED, and provide expert HSE input into risk assessments, HAZID/HAZOP studies, and readiness reviews. I also bring operational insight into personnel, plant, and process hazards, as well as construction, decommissioning, marine, and aviation activities.I support line management in the implementation of HSES policies, procedures, and objectives, contributing to our license to operate and the maintenance of our ISO 14001:2004 certification, while continually aiming to uphold the highest standards in health, safety, and quality.A dynamic and proactive team player, I am confident working independently and skilled in managing multiple tasks and priorities. My communication skills—both written and verbal—are of a high standard, and I consistently demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and sound problem-solving abilities.
