About Stuart Frantz
Stuart is President and Chief Executive Officer of Investors Management Corporation, where he provides strategic leadership to the company. Stuart has been affiliated with IMC for over 25 years. He first encountered IMC when he founded Carolinas Golf Group, where James Maynard, Founder and Chairman of IMC, was one of the original investors. Stuart previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Biologics, Inc, a portfolio company of IMC. Biologics was sold to McKesson, Inc. in 2016. Drawing on his people-centered philosophy of leadership, Stuart is committed to building upon and executing IMC’s 100-year plan. Stuart serves on the board of directors of IMC and four of its operating companies: RiseMark Brands, IDOC, Hart Lumber and Alliance Lumber. He also serves on the board of directors of Watson Electrical Construction Company, Inc. In the past he has served on numerous additional corporate boards.He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and of the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where he earned an MBA.
