Managing the Operations department who are responsible for project delivery. Working as a team to arrange installers, coordinating and managing new build, domestic and commercial projects to deliver customer satisfaction. Management of the office and site-based teams. Carry out all purchasing activity. Overseeing any logistical challenges, arranging off-loading and safe storage. Undertake project planning; project management and customer relations (i.e. co-operating with site managers, roofers, electricians etc.). Arranging plant, scaffold, RAMS, traffic management plans where necessary. Maintaining good working relationships with external clients and contract managers. Managing the cost of project delivery
