I am an educational leader with 20+ years of experience leading learning, people, and strategy in independent, international, and public schools.As Head of Upper School at Lausanne Collegiate School, I oversee Grades 9–12 and lead work focused on instructional excellence, faculty development, student well-being, and sustainable enrollment growth. During my tenure, the Upper School has strengthened its IB Diploma Programme, expanded personalized learning practices, and contributed to Lausanne being ranked the #1 high school in Tennessee.My leadership interests center on building strong school cultures, developing teachers, and aligning systems with mission and strategy. I have led accreditation visits, strategic initiatives, and global professional development, including work with international partner schools in the Middle East and Central America. I also serve as a Senior Consultant for Lausanne Global Schools, advising school leaders on strategic planning, master scheduling, and behavior management systems to support sustainable growth and strong student cultures.A significant part of my work has involved designing and overseeing the development of a purpose-built Upper School and Arts facility, translating educational vision into physical space. Since 2017, I have played a key leadership role in shaping a square-foot learning environment that prioritizes active learning, collaboration, STEM innovation, and the arts, ensuring that facilities meaningfully support pedagogy and student experience.I am also a Council of International Schools accreditation team leader and team member, having participated in school evaluation visits in the United States, Canada, the Bahamas, and Colombia.I value collaboration, clarity, and curiosity, and I believe great schools are built when adults learn as intentionally as students do.Specialties: Educational leadership, learning, knowledge and experience of various curriculum including the IBDP, MYP, IGCSE\'s, and Advanced Placements.
