Brought in to help implement Media Activity Planning (MAP) application by onboarding in excess of users, 300 clients across 4 agencies, planning several billion pounds per annum in media spend.Liaising with agencies to ensure for each client we have the correct information to get their desired configuration set up in the application, then managing the upload and client configuration through an aggressive timescale. Communicating issues/risks to Stakeholders and helping find solutions to ensure we delivered on time.I set up an offshore Support Team to support the application, creating training plans, delivering training and creating support documentation. Working with support team and agencies to refine the process to ensure slick support and strong agency governance through post launch hypercare and into BAU.Post launch I worked with the agencies, support team and product development team to establish and communicate requirements for continual improvement of the product, Prioritising based on business and operational benefit to ensure the development team are focusing on the most valuable improvements in order to get the best value out of the application.
