ABOUT STUART DENMAN

Having worked on the infrastructure since January 2003 i have gained many skills and qualifications. I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in most areas of the railway, whether that being on site or in the office. i have worked my way up from a trackman doing wet beds and kango packing in the pouring down rain to being a Rail Director in a railway agency (Servo Rail Ltd), supplying safety critical staff to some of the biggest companies. I am an accomplished, competent and qualified Rail worker with 17 years experience in the industry. I am well practiced in managing large teams of staff and have a solid understanding of all aspects of completing a project, from start to finish. I have developed outstanding leadership skills, through my experience in motivating and organizing a multi-disciplinary workforce, leading to highly successful results. I have the drive and initiative to deliver within the tightest timescales, without compromising on quality and accuracy. I use my well developed interpersonal and communication skills to ensure my team understand what is expected of them and to keep them on track to deliver the best results every time, which I have proven in all of my previous roles. I am commercially aware and understand the importance of completing tasks within budget, which i always strive achieve.
