The recruitment industry has a bad reputation and I\'m here to change that. With over 15 years’ of experience, I have witnessed the triumphs and tribulations of what it takes to be a good recruiter. To not only find talent that matches a company’s needs but also provide great customer service on BOTH sides. In 2015 I set up my own business to not only place good people in good roles but give candidates the support and guidance to develop their skillsets further. As a result, we have brought more value to our clients who feel the quality and services provided offer a successful, hassle-free, experience. As we continue to win clients across the UK, we’re also proud of our commitment to local communities. As a business, we have partnered with football teams, festivals and charities to show our support.We have grown to become a group of recruitment businesses, all offering something different. The DMOS People group encompasses DM Recruitment for temporary workers, Opus Vitae for permanent positions, Simply Interview - our technical division, Top Table Personnel for hospitality recruitment and Custodia Vitae - a search and selection agency. Our tagline ‘Recruiting the work-life balance’ reflects our mission to match people to jobs that create happy workplaces and content lives. My overall aim of DMOS People is to ensure all workers who come in for an interview, leave with positive knowledge of how to get themselves back into employment.My aim for our clients is to ensure they get the best value for money from our expert teams.
