Deputy Assistant Commissioner for Professionalism, delivering the Met’s mission of more trust, less crime and high standards. Leads the Met\'s Directorate of Professional Standards and Referencing & Vetting; operating across the Met\'s business groups with executive leadership team to continually improve policing services with high standards of professionalism. Since June 2017 is the chief officer responsible for the criminal investigation and Met response to the Grenfell Tower tragedy.
