   As the Director of Global Operations, Product Security and Compliance, I lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our security and compliance programs across all regions and product lines. My role bridges security architecture, regulatory compliance, and global operations—ensuring that our products are not only innovative and scalable but also secure and aligned with international standards.With a deep focus on risk management, I work cross-functionally with engineering, product, legal, cybersecurity, and executive leadership to embed security and compliance into the entire product lifecycle. I am responsible for building and maintaining global programs that support certifications, regulatory frameworks, and customer trust—while also enabling operational agility and secure growth.Key Responsibilities: • Lead global operations for product security and compliance, aligning with business strategy and risk appetite. • Develop and oversee secure product development practices (including secure SDLC, vulnerability management, threat modeling, and secure deployment). • Drive global compliance initiatives including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and other regulatory and industry standards. • Build and lead cross-functional teams focused on product security architecture, operational security processes, and compliance reporting. • Oversee global audit readiness, manage relationships with external assessors, and ensure continuous control monitoring. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that security and privacy are core to design, development, and release. • Manage incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and security investigations related to product or operational risk. • Provide regular briefings to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders on the state of security, compliance posture, and emerging technologies.
