35 years of business experience with leading organizations. Recognized as one of America\'s Best CFO\'s by Institutional Investor on multiple occasions. In 2020, led initial turnaround of Victoria\'s Secret as Interim CEO delivering more than $400 million of EBITDA improvement while continuing to lead all financial activities at L Brands. In 2020 and 2021, also led the process to separate Victoria’s Secret and Bath and Body Works into two independent NYSE listed public companies working closely with the Board, the VS and BBW CEO’s and outside banking and legal advisors. The combination of improved operating performance and the valuation benefits of VS and BBW trading independently increased equity value by roughly $16 billion in the 12 months ending August, 2021. Chair Progressive and Arhaus Audit Committees and am also a member of their respective Technology Committees. Participant at 2024 Stanford Law School Directors\' College.
