About Stuart Brannan
I just graduated from the MBA program at NYU Stern this past May. I am passionate about business strategy and development especially relating to real estate, technology, and sustainability. I am primarily searching for roles in this area after graduation.During my internship this past summer, I grew these interests by working at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) as an EDF Climate Corps Fellow doing climate risk work. Climate risk entails forecasting how severe weather events made increasingly worse by climate change impact real estate asset values. At JLL, I developed a framework for the climate risk consulting process, so JLL can continue to take market share in that niche but fast-growing business line. At the end of the summer, JLL\'s sustainability leadership greenlit the use of my framework for use around the firm. I also have a background in business development from working on a high-producing real estate team at Douglas Elliman called The Vanderploeg Team for 3 years. There I brought in 10 listings worth $89.09M for just a 4 person team.
