Since setting Bandicoot up in 2004 I have assessed the IT baseline for hundreds of businesses, auditing their hardware, data security, networks, antivirus, software etc and providing rock solid IT support. Once we have plugged the immediate gaps e.g. data backups, cyber threats, we make plans to align their digital infrastructure with their business goals; and set about creating the right infrastructure for them over a timeframe that suits their needs and budget. We repeat this process annually through IT security audits and Technology Business Reviews.Behind the scenes I oversee a qualified and experienced team of IT Technicians who are busy onboarding and proactively monitoring our client’s computers using automated systems. They manage all the digital infrastructure projects as well as providing the day-to-day helpdesk support using the latest PSA and RMM technology, ensuring we deliver on our guarantees and SLAs.
