ABOUT STUART BIGGS
Senior Recruiter with 20 years plus experience in Industrial & Driving sectors. My career took shape in the early when I joined national recruiter The Best Connection as a trainee industrial recruitment consultant. With a short break I spent a total of 11 years at the company having honed my skills in business development and servicing A-Z desks across a number of there branches including Tamworth, Birmingham & Leicester. In 2016 i joined a small independent recruitment business based in the West Midlands as Sales Director and contributed £2 Million of direct sales in my 1st full year, assisting and growing that business to an annual £3 million. In June 2018 I launched BE Recruitment a specialist in A-Z industrial & driving recruitment in our first year with did £2.1 Million and have had year on year sustained growth since. Mosts recently we turnovered over £7.2 Million in tax year ending 2022. We have a strategy in place to achieve a £15 sales budget by tax year 2024/25 by which stage the business will employ over 25 internal staff.
