I lead the Product Management team working with the business development and sales teams to define the product roadmap for Alacriti’s Orbipay payment processing products, working closely with the development team to then deliver new product features. In addition, I provide direct support during sales initiatives, as well leading support for client implementations. I was Instrumental in bringing Orbipay EBPP to the market and selling the solution to Bank of America, U.S. Bank, KeyBank, Commerce Bank, Comerica, and United Missouri Bank. Finally, I am responsible for research and development and innovation, with a particular focus on payments and payment technologies, including emerging real time payment capabilities.
