Before entering into the family business back in 2019 my previous career was within the Semiconductor Industry as an Equipment Engineer, through this career I was fortunate enough to travel the world and experience different cultures and behaviors. From my 30 years in this sector I`ve picked up skills in Management Leadership, Budgeting, Cost Management and Operations Management. The skills learned and developed in the Semiconductor industry have been transferable to my new career within the Care Sector, this has given me and the business confidence to move forwards on a positive footing.
