As a Principal Solutions Engineer, I equally split my time between- Assisting our Sales teams in helping our prospects understand the art of the possible with the people strategies, the impact it can have upon their business outcomes, and how a work tech solution such as ours can take the friction out of their change management efforts- Assisting our Account Management & Customer Success teams with our existing customers to understand where and how they can evolve and optimize their people strategies and processes so that they will deliver the outcomes needed for their business to continue to grow- Act as a cross-functional internal consultant to our own Lattice teams, aiding Enablement with expert content creation guidance, aiding our Partner team with strategic insight on building out effective partnerships that will accelerate revenue and customer retention, and even aiding our Product team with an effective understanding of business functional requirements so as to build offerings that will scale across our total addressable market.Areas of deep-seated knowledge include (but are not limited to)- Performance management, development, and coaching- Engagement, Pulse, and Listening Strategies- Agile Goal Methodology & various goal frameworks, including OKR, V2MOM, and SMART- Strategic competency architectures- Succession management, developmental assessments, & leadership development- Compensation management - People Analytics- Learning & enablement strategies
