ABOUT STUART ANDERSON
I am an experienced lead Consultant and have been working with Oracle products since 2002 gaining over 20 years Oracle Consultancy experience, predominantly E-Business but more recently Cloud. During the course of my Oracle Career, I have been involved in some major and technically challenging implementations for some high-profile organisations both Private and Public sector delivering innovation and robust solutions (DWP Employees – ESR 1.2 Million Employees (NHS) – Single Oracle Platform (SOP) approx. Employees -Northern Ireland Civil Service – Employees etc). I’ve been immersed in the Oracle HCM sphere gaining valuable experience in Team Leading, Managing, system architecture, system/solution design, Data Migration, Compliance, Legislation, Implementation and configuration, mainly from a payroll perspective. I have worked on R9, R11 & R12 E- Business suites and more recently Oracle HCM Cloud. I am familiar with PL/SQL and have coded various queries including Data Migration routines and Custom Functions and packages alike. I’ve demonstrated that I can combine strong leadership skills with sound technical knowledge ensuring delivery, I have a proven track record of delivering and creating enduring client relationships based on trust, excellent consulting skills, successful business development and credible programme execution. I’m driven, self-motivated and can work effectively as an integral part of a team or the wider HCM practice. I have attended many Oracle courses from Oracle University most recently on HCM Cloud. I continue to strengthen my knowledge of Oracle integration with other ERP\'s and 3rd party solutions and Oracle Architecture. I supported the business adoption of a global Oracle HCM Cloud across Fujitsu, involving 35+ countries and more than employees and was part of the setup of the Fujitsu Cloud Centre of Excellence creation.I joined Fujitsu in 2007 and in that time I have delivered some challenging projects successfully and worked through many end to end projects covering all phases (Requirements Gathering, Design, Development, SIT, UAT and Go-Live’s) using my experience and collateral gained over the years. During my time in Fujitsu I have worked on various Bids and delivered many Change Notes and project contract extensions bringing additional revenue to Fujitsu.
