Managing cross continental/ functional teams in the integration of a new outsourcer following Intent HQ acquisition - brand, people, product, data, CRM and infrastructure in scope. Procuring and building new AWS environments (India/ Indonesia) in line with new PII data residency legislation across regions. Leading a data improvement programme to implement a new post-acquisition privacy management system, reporting to CDO/ CPO to ensure all required changes are assessed, impacts/ risks mitigated and business readiness/ comms plans agreed to deliver a smooth transition for all employees (global sites).Co-ordinating the company wide rebrand programme, working with third party design/ build agencies on the launch of a new website, a full social media/ marketing asset overhaul and rollout of new company values.
