ABOUT STU CHURCHILL-HOYER

I apply a passion for working with people impacted by the implementation and management of student information systems and associated business processes, both on-premise and the Cloud. In support of that passion, I have many years of extensive experience in higher education administration and student services with both domestic & international educational systems in the areas of recruiting, admissions, records, transfer credit, advising, and international services/studies and education. Much of my career focus has been on software design & build and with the facilitation and leadership of both large scale ERP and process specific implementations. I have applied strong strategic planning, ‘hands on’ IT design experience, development and implementation experience along with customer service and management of application systems to achieve a high level of use acceptance in the higher education administration and student services environment. My roles in this area have included software product manager, certified master instructor, solutions architect, business analyst, project manager, product specialist, front-line consultant, implementation functional lead, change management lead, testing lead and training manager. I\'ve led Executive and Implementation Project Team Strategy workshops and specialized in the planning and facilitation of training and services as a highly regarded Certified PeopleSoft Student Administration Master Instructor. I\'ve developed extensive end user documentation and actual training for end users at a large number of colleges and universities, both domestic and international cross-culturally. As a precursor to my career focus on SIS system design, training and implementation consulting, I served over 20 years as a higher education administrator. My roles included Transcript Supervisor/Assistant Registrar, Int\'l Student Advisor, Director of International Student Services, Director of International Admissions and Director of Graduate Admissions.
