Responsibility: Lead a £30M operation of 100 people to transform the delivery of the maintenance of the Parliamentary Estate and subsequently the RA, to specifically improve productivity, morale and reputation, whilst winning new business targets. Result: P&L stabilised, safety & compliance improved, organisational restructure complete, service delivery transformed, resignation rate turned from 20% to 4%, contract ready for re-tendering. Also employed as a senior advisor in designing a new initiative for leadership, teamwork and inclusion, as well as a mentor for up-and-coming senior leaders.
