In the last few years years I have- provided interpretive consultancy and training to The National Archives, The British Museum, The British Library, Science Museum Group, English Heritage, Wardlaw Museum, Staffordshire Museums Service, Museum of Hartlepool, Aberdeen Art Gallery and Museum, Vale and Downland Museum, Trowbridge Museum, Buxton Crescent, The Gardens Trust, The Old Library, Wardlaw Museum, Kuwait Science Museum and the Tourism and Cultural Authority of Abu Dhabi- conducted multiple audience research projects at the British Library, Imperial War Museums, English Heritage, RIBA, The Queen\'s Gallery, British Museum, Science Museum Group, The National Archives, Royal Festival Hall, the Design Museum, People\'s History Museum, Photographic Collections Network, Fulham Palace, Hadrian\'s Wall, Chiswick House and Eltham Palace chairing focus groups about the future, current and past temporary exhibitions- written audio and multimedia guides for the Ashmolean Museum, Lambeth Palace Library, Uppark, Petworth House, Levens Hall, Braemar Castle, St Mary\'s Chapel Chalgrove, The Falkirk Wheel, Chatsworth House, National Mining Museum Scotland, Stannah Stairlifts, Hatfield Forest and the Old Royal Naval College- published five books about the museum sector in the UK with Heritage Solution Ltd - curated two travelling exhibitions for the BBC Learning and made videos about how to \'do\' history- led workshops/training courses for museums in Aberdeen, Barrow in Furness, Bishop Auckland, Brighton, Bristol, Buxton, Chicheste, Edinburgh and London, the Arts Council, the Gardens Trust, the Royal Horticultural Society, regional museum development teams and for professional design and creative practices.
