s••••••••@gmail.com 90••••••47 Stephen has spent over 35 years developing a career in Executive (C level) Management (CEO, President, Senior Director) and Business Development in the US and abroad with a specialty in overseeing national\\global sales and marketing departments. Immediately out of college and for 18 years Stephen worked in the financial services industry evolving to Senior level Management and partnership of one of DC\'s largest Insurance and Financial Planning brokerages. In 1998 Stephen founded RainMaker Solutions Ltd, a consulting firm specializing in business development, national expansion, funding/capitalization and managed exit strategies for small, closely held companies nationwide. RainMaker Solutions created, implemented and managed every facet of sales and marketing for it\'s clients and represented over 35 industries\\verticals. The firm grew to 7 offices overseen by Managing Directors in major US markets representing clients nationwide. In 2015, Stephen created Corporate Holdings Group LLC,(http://corpholdingsgroup.com/) a consulting/advisory firm that specializes in funding and exit strategies for start ups, emerging small businesses and owners who specifically are looking for an exit strategy. In early 2018 Stephen joined Sett and Lucas Investment Banking as the Managing Partner for the greater Los Angeles region. Areas of focus are Technology, Industrials and Marketing/Digital Agency practice verticals and Global/ Cross border M&A, Early stage venture funding for high growth firms.
