Driven by the power of data and technology to solve real-world challenges, I focus on production environments where even incremental improvements yield significant impacts on efficiency and workforce well-being. As an industrial engineer, I’ve seen firsthand how smart process optimization and the right tools can transform both operations and human potential. User-centricity drives my approach. I immerse myself in the perspectives of (production) managers, engineers, and frontline workers to uncover hidden needs, challenge assumptions, and design tools that are both technically robust and easy to adopt. My goal: solutions that work for people, not just on processes. In the last two years, I’ve spearheaded digital transformation projects in industrial and manufacturing environments, leading cross-functional teams to align technological solutions (e.g, IoT, predictive analytics) with business goals. My work has translated into measurable outcomes like reduced downtime, streamlined workflows, and better data-driven decision-making. My technical toolkit includes IoT implementation, Lean process optimization, and strategic requirement gathering, all aimed at bridging the gap between innovation and practical application. Looking ahead, I’m driven to leverage Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, Big Data) to build sustainable, human-centered production systems. My vision: Solutions that don’t just optimize workflows, but empower teams and drive lasting business impact.
