In Avanade I’m the lead infrastructure solutions architect for both the Financial Service and Insurance industry and Resources: I assess new opportunities, design solutions, make estimations, ensure the appropriate stuffing and drive the delivery in the early stages of the implementation. To ensure the solutioning process is fulfilled I have the support of a small team of solutions architects to whom I organize the work.I’m also often called to support business development: I help account managers to identify and develop new opportunities, which then I quote and estimate, and often transform into new business. I help Avanade in other fields as well- I assessed new technologies like generative A.I. where I’ve contributed to testing the technology to estimate the benefit, risks and opportunities- I’m the instructor for internal training on cloud architecture, networking and linux engineering- I’m the topic owner of “Intelligent Operations”.

I’m an IT professional with more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry and insurance, where I’ve been successful in different roles, as an individual contributor but also as people manager in multicultural agile international environments.Over the years I delivered cutting edge and innovative solutions, leading complex projects, coaching and mentoring individuals and teams.
