As a Lead Engineer at Lyca Technology Solutions, I leverage my expertise in server virtualization and datacenter operations to provide advanced level support in vSphere. I have over 1 year of experience in this role, where I handle tasks such as vCenter patching and upgrades, ESXi host patching and upgrades, security hardening, HA, DRS, DPM, vMotion, VDS, VSS, snapshots, cloning, templating, disk expansion, and consolidation. I also collect and analyze logs to ensure optimal performance and security of the virtualized environment.In addition to my current role, I have also worked as a Sr Engineer - Datacenter Operation at Frontier Business Systems Pvt. Ltd, where I led a team of engineers and managed the day-to-day operations of the datacenter. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Anna University, and I am certified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Associate, and Azure DevOps. I am passionate about staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices in the field of IT infrastructure management.My day-to-day involves integrating Rubrik with vCenter for dynamic workload protection, managing SLA-based policies, and executing recovery workflows including file-level restores and instant VM recovery using Live Mount.
