At present I work as a building manager in a busy Temporary Accommodation hostel with 93 units and 150+ residents in North-East London. The tenant is Hackney Council, with Interland Group acting as a managing agent. I am front-line manager and in my daily work I apply high standards of costumer service, ability of dealing with difficult situations, problem solving and decision making. I demonstrate excellent work ethic and strong leadership both to my clients and my in-house staff. My duties include- providing excellent front-line costumer service - check-in/check out procedures - Managing and ensuring H&S and Fire Safety of the building - Organizing and managing PPM - Providing hard and soft FM - Dealing with third parties, clients and visitors - H&S inductions, RAMS, tool-box talks and trainings of personnel and contractors
