Additionally, I am proficient in driving customer leads and ensuring that dealers use the lead generation system called Bizgen to optimize the conversion of leads into sales. In support of sales initiatives, I perform sales analytics as needed and provide valuable insights to guide management decisions. I am also responsible for managing customer account acquisition, collaborating with field sales, marketing, and sales operation teams to optimize customer acquisition efforts. Through my keen attention to detail and ability to identify customer account acquisition opportunities, I have successfully created and executed action plans to achieve established targets.
