This includes, but is not limited to, month end journal entries, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, cash flows, comparing actual to budgeted figures, preparing monthly cash distributions, updating monthly presentations and files for managements review and producing monthly/yearly financial statements for members of the joint vennture. I ensure the year end financial audit is completed under a strenuous deadline. I am the first line of inquiry for the auditors and coordinate with multiple departments in LBC to provide supporting documentation.
