I’m an Executive Assistant at National Australia Bank, but at heart, I’m a storyteller.My career hasn’t followed a straight line and that’s exactly what makes it powerful. With a foundation in Journalism, Professional Writing and Editing, and over five years as an Executive Assistant in complex corporate environments, I’ve built a rare blend of strategic thinking, operational intelligence, and creative expression.I understand how organisations work, from the executive level down. As an EA, I developed a sharp commercial lens, strong stakeholder instincts, and the ability to anticipate, adapt, and execute at pace.As a current Consultant within HR at NAB, I work across strategic projects that drive continuous improvement, strengthen culture, and enhance organisational effectiveness. I partner with stakeholders to align people, process, and performance, ensuring change is both practical and meaningful.I’m deeply passionate about culture, health and wellbeing, and the intersection between performance and humanity. I speak publicly from lived experience, sharing insights on resilience, personal growth, and navigating change with courage.I bring energy, depth, emotional intelligence, and a proactive mindset to everything I do.
