Stoney founded FSTI, Inc. in 1998. FSTI became the first domestic manufacturer for a few key chemicals used for the photolithography process for semiconductor manufacturing. Since 1998 FSTI has vastly expanded its operations and geographical reach and has grown into a manufacturer and distributor of Chlor-Alkali chemicals. From semi-conductor manufacturers and oil-field service companies to water treatment facilities and a range of industrial users, FSTI supports and provides solutions for a wide range of markets.FSTI has become one of the first companies to implement Inherently Safe Technology in chemical manufacturing for the Chlor-Alkali industry. FSTI\'s chemical plants manufacture sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid and sodium hypochlorite in Greenville, TX and Denver, CO. FSTI has locations throughout Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Colorado and West Virginia.
