Work closely with 120 sophomores, juniors, and seniors (40 students per grade) on their college search journey. Beginning second half of sophomore year providing academic advising and success advice and test prep resources while getting to know each student, their talents, and preferences. Continuing through junior year with additional academic support advice and targeted college search options given student\'s academic success, interests, and talents. Work closely on all aspects of the college application process, including personal resume, main and supporting essays, and Common Application completion. Review all applications prior to submission and write individual recommendation letter providing context for all seniors on caseload. Assist with scholarship and honors college applications. Plan junior case studies program featuring college admission representatives from over 20 institutions each spring.
