Designs range from integrated microwave assemblies to multi-sliced units and include hardware partitioning, housings, connector selection, PCB sizing and location, fiber optics, and harnesses. • Discovered an incomplete drawing list and interference issue on a qualified flight unit resulting in 3 new fixtures and 5 drawing revisions. Ensured production of unit met schedule by redesigning hardware configuration to reduce 768 hours of oven time for a high priority unit. • Product Engineering representative to facilitate agreements for standardization of documentation and discrepancy resolution between product engineering and machining department.• Updated standard notes document to reduce discrepancies on painted parts and clarify inspection requirements to no longer require 100% CMM.
