   Taylor’s broad water industry background, experience in controls and wireless communications, and preparedness mindset makes him well-suited to coordinate design and resilience projects. As a member of RH2\'s seismic resilience team, Taylor leads earthquake resistant ductile iron pipe design application and leads AWIA risk and resilience assessments. Taylor is the RH2 ShakeAlert earthquake early warning system projects lead. Taylor’s passion for integrating various disciplines is part of the RH2 advantage he sees. Such full spectrum experience enables innovation and the ability to exceed expectations for forethought, design integrity, and practicality. In the area of risk assessment and emergency planning this diversity allows true all hazards assessments planning insight. RH2 Engineering is a mid-sized engineering firm specializing in utility and infrastructure work for municipal clients. Founded in 1978, RH2 has professionals in eight offices in Washington and Oregon. Due to our advanced plan sets and rigorous quality control program, RH2’s change orders average less than 2 percent of the project construction cost.
