Making Sustainable Development an Investment Priority for International Organizations. Stephanie currently works as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at AIRSEAS, an Airbus spin-off, which has actually harnessed the aeronautical expertise of Airbus to create together SeaWing, an innovating wind that can tow commercial ships. At its heart: 20% improvement in fuel economy and much reduced pollution emissions. From 2014 to September 2019, she was Head of Legal for ATR, a regional aircraft manufacturer jointly owned by Airbus and Alenia based in Toulouse. Before joining ATR, she spent 3 years in the United States, working as a consultant for international private and public organizations in Washington DC area (including the Inter-American Development Bank, Public and International Policy Group and the American Association of Corporate Counsel). From 2008 to 2011, she worked as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for an Airbus\' subsidiary in Toulouse (France) for 3 years. She also worked for 8 years from to 2008 in the Corporate Legal Affairs Division of Airbus where she was in charge of negotiating and implementing joint-ventures as well as creating subsidiaries worldwide in Japan, South Korea, China, India, Middle East, Tunisia, Canada and in European countries. She hold a Postgraduate Degree with honors in International Business Law, a M.A. with honors in Political Sciences from the French school \"Science Po\", a M.A. with honors in International Strategy from IRIS SUP, a certificate in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a B.A. in English literature from the French university \"La Sorbonne\".
