ABOUT STEFAN SCHOLZ

Über mich Ich gestalte an der Schnittstelle von Bildung, Digitalisierung und sozialer Gerechtigkeit. Mich treibt die Frage an, wie Lern- und Entwicklungschancen in einer zunehmend digitalen Welt gerecht verteilt und sinnvoll genutzt werden können. In meiner Arbeit verbinde ich pädagogische Erfahrung, digitale Innovation und systemisches Denken – von Projekten im frühkindlichen und schulischen Bereich über die Entwicklung digitaler Bildungsangebote bis hin zu sozialunternehmerischen Initiativen wie e-lystik, die Menschen im Autismus-Spektrum neue Zugänge zu IT-Berufen eröffnen. Ich glaube daran, dass digitale Bildung nicht nur eine technische, sondern eine gesellschaftliche Aufgabe ist – und dass gute Ideen nur dann Wirkung entfalten, wenn sie strukturell verankert und für alle zugänglich sind. My focus is on how learning opportunities can be made fair, accessible, and meaningful in a digital world. My background combines educational practice, digital innovation, and systemic thinking – from early childhood and school projects to the creation of digital learning programs and social enterprises such as e-lystik, empowering people on the autism spectrum to enter IT careers. I believe that digital education is not just about technology – it’s about participation, equality, and social responsibility. True innovation happens when technology serves inclusion and creates real opportunities for all learners.
