ABOUT STJEPAN KLINAR

As an Associate at King & Spalding, I contribute to managing complex transactions with a focus on securitizations and structured finance. My role includes drafting transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and performing legal research to address regulatory and contractual issues. With over two years of experience in structured finance at Dentons and prior exposure to M&A, capital markets, EC/VC and debt finance at Mintz, I bring comprehensive knowledge and a commitment to excellence.I hold a JD from Cardozo School of Law and a BA in Political Science from New York University Abu Dhabi. I have a rich international experience, having lived and studied in over four different countries. I am fluent in Croatian, English, and Spanish. I am passionate about corporate matters, public policy, organizational change and innovation.
