At Riot, I launched their collegiate influencer program and collegiate esports league. Both of these programs grew 2x YoY and sparked over $100M in public and private investment into the scholastic gaming space. While building this program, I was fortunate enough to be a part of the early days of the League of Legends Championship Series\'(LCS) meteoric rise, playing creator roles both on-camera as a broadcaster and behind-the-scenes doing recap videos for Season 2\'s World Championship.Since leaving Riot, I developed my entrepreneurial and remote work muscles, co-founding and supporting several early-stage startups in gaming and esports. During that time, I transitioned from consulting to full-time as LeagueSpot\'s Chief Operating Officer, where I grew the company from 5 to 20 employees, and saw 2x platform growth and 5x revenue growth during that time.
